SPRG Stage 4: The Planning Summit

Held at St Andews in Birmingham on April 22 2013 the Planning Summit was an important event in the preparation of the Spatial Plan for Recovery and Growth.

Attended by over 100 people the Summit heard about the outcome of the scenario testing and strategy development work and through a series of ‘hands-on’ exercises were able to feedback and shape the content of the plan which would be considered by the GBSLEP Board in June 2013.

All of the presentations – which included updates on the Strategy for Growth and Lord Heseltine’s Greater Birmingham Project as well as the ongoing work on the Planning Charter – and materials, notes and other feedback have been collated into a two documents available for download here:
