Paul is a resident of Bromsgrove, a chartered accountant and the owner/manager of an SME business. Paul served articles with Clement Keys before moving into the technology sector in various financial and eventually general management roles. During this time Paul worked with Apricot (Computers) PLC, Largotim Ltd (a Dudley based ERP software vendor) and he project managed the floatation of JBA Holdings PLC onto the London stock market before joining the Kalamazoo Computer Group as divisional managing director. After losing out to a USA trade buyer in a public to private MBO bid, Paul left Kalamazoo to form Blue Sky Corporate Finance in 1998.

Blue Sky Corporate Finance is an independent consultancy practice that specialises in helping the owner managers of SMEs to buy, sell or raise finance for their companies. Blue Sky helps its clients to prepare their business for sale, to identify and finance mergers/acquisitions and to become investment ready in their quest to raise finance for growth. Blue Sky works with start-up, pre-revenue and early stage business ventures as well as established businesses. Paul serves upon the board of directors of a number of local companies as well as representing the West Midlands Business Angel Networks on the Regional Finance Forum.

On a sunny weekend you may spot Paul cruising around the locality astride his Harley Davidson.
