Birmingham City University is a significant presence within the area, and will be vacating themajority of the Perry Barr teaching campus in September 2015. The redevelopment of the site will act as a catalyst for wider development, and it needs to be ensured that such development is accompanied by improvements to connectivity and public realm.
Funding for this project is available in 2015/16 and 2016/17.
