The investment being made at Birmingham New Street will be enhanced through this project with a package of world-class public realm schemes on the streets immediately next to the station. This will deliver a significant improvement in the quality of the urban realm between the station and key employment sites.

This scheme was pre-approved and the funding will be available in 2015/16.
